List of New Equipment & Electronics installed in the Upgrade:

Fabricated and installed New Instrument Panel supports
Removed existing Control Panel and panel supports
Completed pre-project start Weight & Balance. Recorded Data
Purchased 3 New high quality weight Scales for W/B prior to project start
Fabricated and installed new radiator over-flow tank support bracket
Fabricated and installed new muffler stand-off bracket
Replaced head stud bolts for mounting of new oil tank
Replaced carborator inlet filter with New Filter
Re-built both Carborators
Removed old oil tank and radiator over-flow tank and support frame
Installed 2 new CHT sensors
Installed new EGT probes in exhaust manifold
Performed compression test on both cylinders. Measured excellent compression
Inspected piston wall interior. Found to be in excellent condition
Inspected and/or replaced every Nut and Bolt on engine where/if needed
Inspected and/or replaced every Bolt, Nut, screw throught plane where/if needed
Installed wiring for elevator trim tab to EIS
Re-installed modified right elevator with new trim tab
Added additional counter-balance lead weight in tail for W/B (To be Done)
Re-Weighed plane for Weight/Balance (To be Done)
Routed and installed all necessary wiring thru wing panels
Fabricated and installed cover plate for fuel pump access
Installed new throttle cable and fittings
Installed labels on sub-panel
Spent many many hours reading and re-reading all equipment install & user manuals
Installed panel labels (tought to do since all equipment & switches already installed)
Designed/printed instrument panel labels
Fabricated & installed VHF base backing plate
Installed VHF antenna wiring from antenna base to control panel
Added 2 USB charging ports in sub-panel
Added earphone jacks in sub-panel for pilot and passenger
Drilled 4" hole in wing just forward of engine for fuel pump installation inside wing
Replaced solid wire wing tip hinge wires
Fabricated and installed inspection hole access cover plates
Drilled 4" holes under wings at aileron & flap linkage locations for inspection access
Routed and installed tubing for AOA Pitot thru left wing and fuselage
Drilled holes thru each wing rib for wires, installed plastic bushings
Installed Static Air Port in right side fuselage
Installed OAT under wing left side near fuselage
Installed Magnetometer on the right wing tip rib
Removed old wing tip strobe lights
Removed fiberglass wing tips
Removed over 5# of lead weight from above tail skid
Removed right elevator for electronic trim tab installation
Removed old elevator control cable and elevator trim tab
Replaced almost all wing control surface hinge rivets.
Removed Existing Fuel Gauge Sight Tube Assembly
Removed Existing Fuel Primer Assembly
Re-Painted Flap Linkages
Added multiple USB connections in Sub-Panel, Avionics Bay, and in New Panel
Added 12v Lighter Adapter in sub-panel
Added New Electric/Electronic Sub-Panel mounted at Left Elbow area of Pilot
Added New Light Weight, Foam Backed Indoor/Outdoor Carpeting throughout interior
Control Sticks Powder Coated White
Interior Partially Repainted
Added New VHF Antenna
Added New Ray Allen Electric Elevator Trim Servo with Trim Tab
Added New Ray Allen Electric Aileron Trim Servo with Trim Tab
Added New Interior Lighting
Added New AOA Pitot from Dynon
Added New Electric Fuel Pump
Added New Oil Tank with Low Oil Panel Light
New EGT bungs welded to exhaust manifold and ceramic coated with brite finish
Added All New Engine cables and Controls
Replaced and Added All New Engine wiring
Replaced and Added All New Electrical Wiring throughout.
Added All New Avionics Deck mounted where Luggage Area once was
Added All New Custom Designed and Crafted Instrument Panel
Added New USB Hub (4-port)
Added New Electronic Fuel Tank Sending Unit
Added New Electronic Regulator
Added New ACK ELT Model E-04 with Remote and GPS Integration
Added New Remote Mounted ADBS with Serial Port Connection to GRT EFIS
Added All New LED Wingtip Running Lights & Strobes
Added New Internal GRT AOA
Added New MicroLine 760Q w/Remote Control Grip Switch
Added New GRT EIS 4000
